Areas of Focus

The following are the areas I focus on in my practice; the treatment modality I primarily use is EMDR Therapy, however my style is informed by a handful of theories and modalities.

  • Anxiety Disorders (this includes Panic Disorder with or without Agoraphobia, Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Social Anxiety)
  • Post-Traumatic Stress and other Stressor-Related Disorders
  • Depressive Disorders (including Post-Partum Depression, Dysthymia and single-episodes of depression)
  • Job, relationship, and/or life stress
  • Grief and Loss

Age Range/Type

  • Individual adults (18 and up) of any national origin, race, color, religion, disability, sex, and familial status.  I am willing to consider teens (ages 13 and up) on a case-by-case basis.
